Five months seems to have flown by in five minutes. I’ve been serialising TRUST since the 23rd July and today the final chapters have been posted. The entire novel is now available for your reading pleasure at www.trustdavidmoody.com. The book will be staying online until the end of January at least, though I’ve not yet decided exactly how long. That’s assuming, of course, the world doesn’t end today!
Please share the book with your friends or via Facebook or Twitter etc. If you’d prefer a physical copy to read, you can always pick up the paperback (Amazon/B&N/Book Depository/Waterstones/Infected Books) or the limited edition signed hardcover (which includes an exclusive essay). The eBook is available in a range of formats: Kindle/Nook/Kobo/iBook/ePub/everything else.
Huge thanks once again to Craig Paton for the stunning artwork he produced for the book (click here to see a selection), and to Dan Boucher for turning a 2001-style Flash movie into a 2012-style landing screen. Thanks also to all the reviewers who gave the book their time, and to Moody’s Survivors for their support and help with publicity. Cheers, all!
I’ve really enjoyed revisiting TRUST and putting together this definitive version. Resurrecting Infected Books has been a pleasure, and I’ve a few more IB releases planned for 2013 including the AUTUMN: AFTERMATH hardcover, and a long-overdue re-release of AUTUMN: THE HUMAN CONDITION.
Chapter 42 of TRUST is now online over at www.trustdavidmoody.com. The final three chapters and the epilogue will go live on Friday morning, and the entire novel will remain available until at least the end of January 2013. Hope you’ve been enjoying it. See you on Friday for the end of the world.

More TRUST on Friday. If you’re not reading it yet, you really should be. Things are properly kicking off in Thatcham now, and it’s about to get much, much worse!
First things first, chapter 29 of TRUST is now available to read over at www.trustdavidmoody.com. I have a few other things to tell you about, so I thought I’d round them all up here.
AUTUMN: HORROR IN THE EAST
Takes place in Lowestoft tomorrow. I’ll be there from 10am onwards, and it promises to be an excellent day. So if you’re in the area, why not come along? The event is free, and you get the added bonus of seeing the sights of Lowestoft, the town where much of THEM OR US was set. There’s more information at www.horrorintheeast.com and a schedule for the day can be found here at This is Horror.
Will hopefully be in attendance this weekend in Lowestoft. Issue 14 of the magazine is available now. Click the cover for more details. It’s another issue filled with much goodness for the discerning horror fan, including interviews with some of the original Cenobites from Hellraiser, Alex Chandon (the director of Inbred), and Oren Peli (the chap responsible for Paranormal Activity).
GUEST POSTS AND INTERVIEWS
Finally, I was asked to put together a number of guest posts for Halloween specials during October. In case you missed any of them, here’s a list:
Chapter 25 of TRUST is now available to read at www.trustdavidmoody.com. If you haven’t started reading the book yet, now’s the time to get into it. There’s a lot to cram in between now and the end of the
world, sorry, year.
If you have read TRUST, then why not enjoy this great, spoiler-filled review of the novel from the excellent UK genre site, Geek Syndicate. “Forget the idea that this is an anti-science fiction novel. It has aliens in it and it’s a treatise on how the ordinary person copes when the world which they are familiar with changes beyond all recognition. In my mind, that makes it very simply, a very good science fiction novel.” Thanks to Ian J Simpson for the great write-up. The critical reaction to this book has genuinely blown me away.
And finally for this week, an update on the TRUST giveaway. The winners of the limited edition hardbacks and paperbacks have been chosen, I’m just waiting for the final couple to get back to me before I announce their names. If I haven’t heard from them by this time next week, I’ll pick replacements. So if you’re reading this, potential winners – get in touch!
Have a good weekend!
