Happy Holidays!

Thanks for your support over the last twelve months. I hope you’ve enjoyed my writing. As always, there’s loads in the pipeline. I’m very excited about next year’s projects, especially THE BLEED: RUPTURE, by MARK TUFO, CHRIS PHILBROOK and myself which will soon be hitting the shelves.

I wish you and your friends and families all the very best for the holiday season, and good luck to us all for 2020 (I think we’ll need it!).

Never let it be said that I’m a scrooge. To celebrate the holidays, from today until Christmas day you can download a free copy of LAST CHRISTMAS – the yuletide zombie tale that WAYNE SIMMONS and I wrote for the YEAR OF THE ZOMBIE. Click the cover below to get started.

The Office Christmas Party can be a nightmare at the best of times but when it coincides with the end of the world, things get even messier.

For mild-mannered security guard Howard Stanton, this was meant to be an easy shift. A chance to keep his head down and watch Die Hard movies while the rest of the staff get wasted. But then the zombie apocalypse happened and people expected him to do something about it. Was that even in his job description?

It’s going to be a long drink- and drug-fuelled night. The world’s going to hell and it’s down to Howard to hold it all together. He’s in charge tonight, and if he screws up, it’ll be everyone’s last Christmas.

“Wayne, do you think we’ve gone too far?” —David Moody, author of Autumn and Hater

Nightmare on the M6 – updated

Straight to You coverI’m late with the first of this week’s updates to the free serialisation of STRAIGHT TO YOU. My excuse is that I was at a meeting about the HATER movie (but, as you’ve no doubt come to expect, I can’t tell you anything about that just yet…).

In today’s instalment, Steven and Roy have a terrifying experience on the M6 north of Birmingham. Not unusual in itself – I’ve had more than a few experiences there myself – but they were nothing like this. The end of the world is getting nearer. Will they reach the end of their journey in time? Read the book on WATTPAD to find out.

Updated 11 August – the second of this week’s chapters has now been added. Enjoy!

Something for the weekend?

Remember me? I know… it’s been deathly quiet around here lately. As I keep saying, there’s a lot happening behind the scenes that I can’t talk about yet (don’t you just hate it when people post that kind of empty, bullshit comment and leave you hanging?!).

Anyway, here’s something for you. From now until midnight Sunday, you can download my gruesome little zombie invasion story THE COST OF LIVING for absolutely nothing. Zip. Bugger all. I hope you enjoy it (though enjoy probably isn’t the right word to use). Click here or on the banner below to get it.

I’ll be back soon with some fresh news. Big news. Honest. Until then, I need to get back to writing about man-eating monsters destroying Birmingham (sorry, Birmingham).
